Job Description:
The Enterprise Payment Technology (EPT) is looking for a Solution Delivery individual to help support the growth of the Merchant product line. This role will work closely with technology and business executives. The Solution Delivery Role is an individual contributor who provides project and program delivery services to support large, complex banking and non-banking technology. They work closely with stakeholders to ensure requirements are thoroughly defined for hand off to technology. Below are examples for expectations for this role:
This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of large program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, resource planning, providing visibility of program health, and managing program risks, compliance and financials. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost and facilitating sync points between business and technology leaders and Risk and Compliance partners.
Required Qualifications:
· 8+ years of Project Management experience
· Knowledge of enterprise project governance processes
· Familiarity with delivery lifecycle both “waterfall” and “agile” approaches.
· Experience working with technology and business partners.
· Experience working with external vendors to identify technology challenges and opportunities.
· Knowledge of software development, architecture, and other engineering practices
· Familiarity with various project management tools
· Experience delivering large projects with significant impact to multiple lines of business, that may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications.
· Experience driving multiple projects simultaneously.
