Job Description:

Under general supervision, performs a variety of typically non-routine support functions related to Credit Operations servicing. Typical job activities include serve as point of contact for assigned client (internal / external) for all credit servicing related matters on low to moderately complex deals, reviewing and tracing outstanding payments, amount discrepancies, returned/unpaid items and renewal/maturity files, also investigating and resolving customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures accurate and timely processing of Credit & Loans activities 

  • Interacts with relationship Administrators to ensure efficient, high quality processing

  • Assist the client service specialists to provide them with information needed to research issues and perform specialized

  • Coach less experienced representatives

  • Duties include disbursements, payment administration, loan system reconciliation, and quality review

  • Must be detail oriented and be able to read and understand loan documents

  • Interaction with internal Teams

  • Focused on team successes 

Requirements:

  • Contribute to risk culture by holding self-accountable to managing risk

  • Excellent oral and written communication (English-Spanish)

  • Demonstrated compliance culture 

  • Drive adoption of operational processes

  • Ability to work in group

  • Remains positive and focused during times of pressure or adversity 

  • Knowledge of MS Office and Excel Macros
