Job Description:
This job is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, coding solutions, unit testing, and ensuring the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust, and well-tested interfaces. Job expectations include an awareness of development and testing practices in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements
• Utilizes multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in design and development of client requirements
• Performs Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) activities
• Contributes to story refinement and definition of requirements
• Participates in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle
• Contributes to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance), analyze test reports, identify any test issues/errors, and triage the underlying cause
• Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas

• 10-15 years of IT experience with deep technical knowledge and understanding of finance regulatory reporting requirements for APAC countries
• Minimum 8 year experience in Axiom ControllerView solutions for Finance regulatory reporting to various regulators in APAC
• Advanced knowledge of Axiom ControllerView application, reporting templates and data design patterns
• Excellent data modeling knowledge
• Good written and verbal communication
• Strong technical development experience on, effectively writing code, code review, best practices on configuration management
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Hands on experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment tools like JIRA, Bitbucket, Ansible, Jenkins. Experience working in Agile development process and good understanding of various phases of Software Development Lifecycle
• Manages Core Technology deliverables and Projects including platform and technology upgrades
• Strong technical skills on Relational Database, and Performance Tuning
• Should be able to handle multiple projects, managed teams in on-site - off-site delivery models
• Demonstrated vendor resource management experience
• Contributes as an effective team member and takes accountability for deliverables
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior managers
• Knowledge on financial markets and products
• Knowledge on risk data aggregation and risk reporting
