Retirement & Personal Wealth Solutions (RPWS) serves the core financial needs of individual clients and plan participants by connecting our capabilities across the firm. RPWS is responsible for the development and delivery of a suite of workplace benefits and solutions designed to help meet the near and long-term financial needs of our corporate clients’ employees. Through this offering, Bank of America brings together traditional financial benefits – including 401(k), healthcare savings, equity compensation, and non-qualified deferred compensation plans – with a corporate employee banking and investing offering that can help address employees’ everyday needs through spending and savings solutions from Bank of America and investing solutions powered by Merrill. This role will have accountability for building participant understanding and adoption of their 401(k), equity, non-qualified and health benefit accounts through delivery of systematic benefit and financial education communications. Understanding of recordkeeping data and plan design is critical with a focus on revenue drivers. Works with internal and external partners on key deliverables that support greater adoption of benefits and offers.
Has oversight of the day-to-day monitoring, review, and resolution of support requests and sees to implementation of enhancements. Provides ongoing monitoring and reporting to help drive adoption and increase business impact. Includes liaison with legal and registered principal partners.
Strategy & ongoing support:
Understands the end-to-end participant experience and points of engagement integration
Effectively works with team members as well as 401(k), Equity and HBS product partners, as well as technology, sourcing, and vendor management partners
Help prioritize gaps in content and functionality; define requirements and develop, test, and implement new and enhanced communications
Collaborates with team members in the day-to-day management and administration
Ensures documentation of key work procedures and provides training as needed
Reporting and list management:
Provide key metrics to leadership for dashboard reporting
Bachelor’s degree: emphasis in Communications, Marketing, or Information Systems or equivalent work experience
5+ years of industry experience and demonstrated understanding of content management systems.
Solid experience with platforms such as Seismic, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other User Interfaces.
Advanced experience with Excel
Team player who can work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative, ability to prioritize tasks, follow up as needed, and meet established SLA deadlines.
Capable of managing multiple tasks and working cross functionally with other departments
Highly organized and efficient with time and project management skills; detail oriented with strong attention to follow-through.
Exceptional work ethic, ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize and deliver multiple tasks on time.
Willing to learn and contribute to a strong team environment.
