As a Senior Manager within Bank of America’s Network Service Assurance, you will lead a diverse team to manage, track and report risks across the Network Infrastructure and its products and services. You’ll manage, measure and report critical Network Services processes, procedures and metrics, ensuring compliance with the Bank’s risk framework. In this role, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of risk management, issue and audit management, procedure execution, process and control management, as well as escalation and reporting. Your responsibilities will also include driving transformation and continuous improvement while partnering with Service Management, Product Owners and Senior stakeholders. As a skilled leader with experience leading dispersed teams, you will possess a deep understanding of network technologies and an appreciation for the application of processes and controls in a technology domain.
