Process Design Consultant II

Job Description:

This individual will be responsible for the execution of challenging process evaluation, solution development, and project execution work efforts in support of Global Treasury operations.

They will be tasked with identifying and evaluating complex process improvement opportunities in partnership with Technology, Line of Business, and Front Line Units. Additionally, they will develop actionable business cases to deliver value and partner across the Enterprise to gain support. Responsible for identifying data requirements and gathering data through automated or manual techniques to support the execution of identified projects.

Required Skills:

  • Associates typically have a Bachelor's degree in in Business/Mathematics/Statistics/Industrial Engineering/Operations Research.
  • Extensive experience designing, managing, and implementing strategic change and major initiatives.
  • Ability to mine and analyze raw data to identify workflow opportunities and enable a model for continuous process improvement
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience in process design in Banking operational processes.
  • Strong presence and leadership skills and ability to communicate at an executive level.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work in team-oriented environment with strong aptitude for problem solving.
  • Natural curiosity and drive to answer important business questions.
  • High aptitude for self-motivation and self-determined project work.

Desired Skills:

  • Solid acumen across the BAC enterprise, particularly as it pertains to change policies and standards.
  • Knowledge of Treasury or Consumer banking products
  • Knowledge of Bank of America change standards

Enterprise role overview:

Accountable for the development, improvement and execution of processes in support of Performance Plan objectives within or across lines of business. Focus is on long-term strategic goals. Ensures full integration of all process and linkage to best practices. Accountable for the achievement of breakthrough productivity, customer satisfaction and continuous process improvements. Works closely with the business executive or deployment champions and MBB. May be Green Belt or Black Belt certified. May be responsible for managing, training and developing associates on the team.
