Job Description:
As the Cloud Security Artificial Intelligence Executive in our Global Information Security (GIS) organization, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our AI-driven cloud security strategy. You will lead a team of talented professionals and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and continuously improve AI-based security solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to drive innovation and ensure the highest level of security for our cloud-based infrastructure and services.
Roles & Responsibilities
- AI Strategy Development: Define and drive the overall AI strategy for cloud security, aligning it with the company’s business goals and objectives
- Technology Innovation: Keep abreast of emerging AI and cloud security technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of AI and security experts
- AI Solution Development: Oversee the development and implementation of AI-driven security solutions for cloud environments, including threat detection, anomaly detection, and automated incident response
- Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and provide strategic guidance to mitigate security threats in cloud environments
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and product management, to integrate AI-driven security solutions into our products and services
- Compliance: Ensure that our cloud security practices meet industry standards and compliance requirements
- Incident Response: Lead incident response efforts related to cloud security breaches, working closely with the incident response team
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of AI-based security solutions and report on progress to executive leadership

Required Skills
- Proven experience in cloud security and AI, with a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles
- In-depth knowledge of cloud platform (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud security best practices
- Ability to bring multiple stakeholders together, including senior business leaders, operations, risk, finance, regulatory, and cut to the heart of issues to reach consensus & decisions
- Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing
- Demonstrated success in developing and deploying AI-driven security solutions
- Excellent leadership, communication, team-building skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bias for action and a commitment to build partnerships in a dynamic risk & threat driven environment
- Possesses a solid understanding of the technologies underlying our platforms and the confidence to engage in technical discussions across the organization
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Info Security, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred)
Enterprise Role Overview:
Responsible for providing information security expertise and strong business acumen to executive-level stakeholders. Executes decision making authority and establishes vision and direction for the organization. Partners with line of business executives, key stakeholders, vendors and/or external parties to inform security risk-based decisions. Ensures teams and partners are executing Secure by Design efforts effectively and efficiently. Typically has over 10 years of relevant experience including managing large teams, perhaps globally.
