RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze, and productionize the enterprise scale software application to manage complex regulatory and capital forecasting calculations of CCAR, DFAST, 14A, Counterparty Credit Risk and Market Risk.

  • Create architecture diagram to demonstrate component integration, data flows and dependencies.

  • Utilize multiple architectural components to design and develop client/business requirements.

  • Perform spike/proof of concept to mitigate risk and explore new idea.

  • Maintain automated test suites to develop continuous integration delivery pipeline and automate manual release activities.

  • Design and develop the software system utilizing caching, multi-threading, and various fast compute technologies with integration of web technologies.

  • Participate and guide team to deliver lifecycle and support story refinement/defining requirements.

  • Analyze, design, develop, and build software applications using Java, Maven, REST, Oracle PL/SQL, Standard Design Patterns, Web Technologies.

  • Design and develop computing software solutions on CCAR, DFAST, Risk Methodology and Capital Forecasting using mathematical models and equations.

  • Resolve performance bottleneck utilizing various memory, multithreading and Hazelcast caching based solutions.

  • Develop customized framework and software system using tech stack of Java, Microservices, ScriptEngine, Nashhorn, MathJS, JPA, ORM-MyBatis, Spring, Spring Boot, Transaction API, Unix Shell, GIT, Java mail.

  • Operate CI/CD pipeline to implement, and deploy applications with Jenkins, Artifactory, GIT, BitBucket, Openshift and JIRA.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering (any), Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems or related; and

  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.

  • Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Analyzing, designing, developing, and building software applications using Java, Maven, REST, Oracle PL/SQL, Standard Design Patterns, Web Technologies;

  • Designing and developing computing software solutions on CCAR, DFAST, Risk Methodology and Capital Forecasting using mathematical models and equations;

Jersey City pay and benefits information

Jersey City pay range:

$229,000 - $239,000 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
