Job Description:

Provides technical systems and software support for modification, implementation, or conversion of business systems.  Supports the process of translating business needs into formal Business Requirements deliverables. Acts as liaison between business unit and software, hardware developers and vendors. Participates in design, development and implementation of complex applications or systems, often using new technologies. Serves as a fully seasoned, proficient technical resource. Participates as an individual contributor on projects, completing activities as a part of a team related to special initiatives or operations. Routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities, typically as an individual contributor. Often provides oversight and guidance to more junior business and systems analysts. IT degree preferred or substantially equivalent experience.
 

Member of the Commerce Payment Portal Gateway team which includes customer support, business analysis and project management functions.   Applies technical knowledge in determining end to end design requirements for projects involving business partners, and vendor.  Works closely with business partners and project teams to define strategies for technical solutions and to translate business needs into technical requirements. 
Works closely with clients, developers and vendor to gather requirements, functional designs and provide technical guidance on ongoing integration projects .
Project plans are updated throughout the implementation. Acts as liaison between the business, client, vendor and business partners.  Holds weekly meetings with client(s) and vendor providing feedback, follow ups and next steps for each implementation. Drives and participates in design, development and implementation of payment gateway applications. Conduct testing of payment gateway integrations, identify and resolve any issue or bug and escalate if necessary risks and issues. Provide training and technical support to internal teams and clients regarding payment gateway integrations, troubleshooting, and best practices Work collaboratively with other departments impacting projects
Work on project of high complexity, manages each project from User Acceptance Testing through to Move to Production.
Works under minimal supervision on enterprise wide projects requiring creative solutions.
Typically requires a minimum of 5-7 years of applicable experience.

  • Adaptive Learner; Innovative thinker; Able to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Experience Web Implementations - Single Sign On, API, IVR, CSV, Fixed Width files
  • User Acceptance testing. 
  • Knowledge of Treasury Services.
