Job Description:
This role is responsible for acting as the primary interface to Treasury clients. Responsible for leading, directing and coordinating the implementation of highly complex treasury, cash management, card, merchant and/or depository products and services. These individuals provide relationship management, servicing and technical assistance to internal business partners (e.g. Sales & Relationship Mangers, Product Managers, Compliance and Operations) / vendors in order to ensure a timely and smooth implementation process.

Responsibilities:
Consults with client through implementation of treasury product package
Facilitates internal and external client calls to work through implementation requests for successful completion
Troubleshoots, researches and responds to internal client team requests for resolution
Engages key stakeholders for awareness throughout the implementation process, owning resolution for the client

 

Required Skills:

3-5 years’ experience working in client facing role and handling difficult situations with clients

1-3 years’ Treasury Product and Solutions experience

1-3 years of experience in written (including grammar and spelling) and oral communications

Comfortable asking questions 

Ability to engage with customers, begin a conversation, build rapport, and handle objections.

Ability to analyze and resolve customer inquiries. Ability to provide a positive customer experience through creative solutions.

Intermediate in computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word

Self-motivating, flexible, proactive; excellent team player and able to work independent of direct supervision

Able to work under tight timelines with multiple priorities

 

Desired Skills:

Project management/process coordination experience concentrating on cash management solutions for corporate organizations, including exposure to elements such as electronic payments, SWIFT messaging, BACS, CHAPS, Foreign Exchange (FX) and Money Markets (MM)

Strong Treasury Product and DDA/TM platform knowledge ideal

IDS, IMPACS, CAPS, APX, Navigator, ECF, BOSS/FAST, Document Direct

Ability to interpret bank standard legal documentation
