
Job Description:
The Escalations team is within the Credit Report Escalations, Remediation and Litigation organization. This organization is responsible for managing many of the CF&D remediation projects and operational excellence, simplify and improve efforts for CF&D. This individual contributor role demonstrates leadership qualities responsible for the day-to-day analysis, research and resolution of varied remediation projects. Projects could include root cause analysis and remediation, Credit Bureau Reporting exceptions and Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA) rejects/illogical/stales.
