Job Description:
The Remediation team is within the Credit Report Escalations, Remediation and Litigation organization. This organization is responsible for managing many of the CF&D remediation projects and operational excellence, simplify and improve efforts for CF&D. This individual contributor role demonstrates leadership qualities responsible for the day-to-day analysis, research and resolution of varied remediation projects. Projects could include root cause analysis and remediation, Credit Bureau Reporting exceptions and Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA) rejects/illogical/stales.
Required Skills:
- Microsoft Office Skills,
- Ability to work under pressure in a team environment
- Self-motivated with good organizational skills
- Ability to manage escalated issues with professionalism and sensitivity
- Adept with hands on Training
- Excellent communications skills
- Work within team environment and collaborate with others for solutions
- Time management is a must. Overall understanding of banking regulatory requirements
- Must be flexible and able to adapt well to change
