Job Description:

To strengthen our Trade finance team and support growing business demands, we are looking for a Team leader to join our client services group. We are diverse team with different cultural background and varied language capabilities. The team is responsible for delivering exceptional client services to trade-centric clients across EMEA region.

Responsibilities:

  • You will support the Client Service team and Registration & Distribution team  
  • You will support the teams with all aspects of client Trade finance enquires, managing expectations with regular updates
  • You will professionally resolve conflicts and barriers while appropriately escalating concerns that may jeopardise client experience
  • You will Leverage industry and product expertise to deepen client relationships and mitigate risk throughout the servicing process
  • You will partner with Sales, Product, Operations, Technical Support and Fulfilment departments to provide a seamless delivery to the client 
  • You will work with Business partners to support new clients in Trade Finance world and deliver trainings to clients where required
  • You will be involved with Operational Excellence delivery to simplify and improve processes and procedures to enhance our operating environment

What we are looking for:

  • You will have experience in supervising a diverse team
  • You will have experience in client service or client facing roles
  • You will have experience within an operational background  
  • You will have knowledge of trade finance products
  • You will have an appetite to evolve and add to a continued excellence environment

Skills that will help:

  • CDCS qualification is highly desirable
