Job Description:

Here in our Bromley office, we are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to join the Registration & Distribution team who can communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders. This is a hugely important administrative role with which would ideally suit someone looking to start their career in International Trade Finance. Our back-office processing team in India are a key stakeholder and working closely together is needed to ensure we deliver a first-class experience to both our business partners and Clients.  

Responsibilities:
•    You will process receipts and dispatch of Trade related documentation
•    You will scan all documents into the system of record and maintain originals in the record room
•    You will handle basic Client queries
•    You will assist with monthly reporting on volume trends to management
•    You will reconcile pending documents and drive resolution
•    You will maintain MIS for inbound and outbound courier
•    You will be the general point of contact to the post room and courier services 

What we are looking for:

  • You will hold a bachelor’s degree (desirable) or Equivalent experience
  • You will have Current Trade Finance experience
  • You will have the ability to handle administrative tasks e.g. logging client contact and query details
  • You will be a Team player and can prioritize work
  • You will be a Self-starter and have experience working on tight deadlines
