About the Role

The Associate,Treasury Sales based in Sydney, Australia, will be a critical role focussed on the FIG clients of  GTS requiring services in Australia.  The Associate will be part of a team that is instrumental in supporting the expansion of Bank of America’s reach and market penetration in this cash management space.

The Associate, Treasury Sales will primarily:  

  • Assist in building out the FIG client portfolios in line with the bank’s strategy
  • Assist in managing and growing revenues from existing clients
  • There is also the opportunity for direct client management for the right individual
  • Assisting in preparation of sales materials
  • Assisting in client management and administration
  • Assist in identifying client needs and working closely with internal partners (Product Management, Client Delivery, Services and Operations) to structure adequate solutions
  • Assist in the management of RFP processes as relates to specialist products (Deal Review, Pricing, RFP response coordination)
  • Assist in ensuring timely resolution of sensitive client servicing issues within the organization
  • Assist in client KYC remediations and other client risk matters

Key Skills and Experience
  • At least 3+ years of relevant banking experience
  • Good working knowledge of and exposure to the FIG segment
  • Good working knowledge and exposure to Cash Management and Trade products and services
  • Demonstrated track record in developing and maintaining collaborative working relationships
  • Strong financial analysis skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Bachelors Degree required
