Enterprise Complaints Operations & Enablement Issues Remediation Manager

Addison, Texas;

Job Description:

Must demonstrate a deep understanding of the Issue Management and the remediation process. Will oversee issues, control enhancements and risk identification including action plan monitoring. Must have the ability to identify issues and control enhancements for remediation while building out action plans. In this role, the candidate must have the ability to work horizontally across various executive levels and build strong partnerships while ensuring accuracy of all action plan milestones.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of risk management experience (Regulatory, Operational Risk, Compliance) with proven ability to effectively apply risk principles to complex business situations.
  • Strong attention to detail with a bias towards ensuring accuracy at all times while maintaining timely delivery.
  • Strong organizational and communication (oral/written) skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to routinely and successfully manage multiple, time sensitive, and often competing priorities.
  • Ability to navigate in a highly complex organization and operate effectively in a changing environment.
  • Strong relationship management experience/skills including the ability to interact, communicate and influence equally well within all levels of the Company.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload and deliverables with little direct supervision for extended periods.
  • Experience and ability to work within Excel, Power Point and Visio.
  • Risk Management Experience and Operations experience.

Desired Skills

  • Experience working on MRAs, Consent Orders or Regulatory Deliverables.
  • Complaints Program Business Acumen.
  • Knowledge of CIMA, POP and/or ORCIT.
