Role Description:
The Bank of America EMEA Dedicated Large Corporate Fulfilment Team provide Payments, Receivables, Digital Channel Enablement, Liquidity Solutions, Trade & Supply Chain Finance, Merchant Services & Cards solutions to approximately 750 multi-national corporate organisations and their subsidiary businesses. Our team consists of Implementation Advisors who manage a range of different products. We work very closely with our Sales & Product partners, and our role is critical to the success of our growing Treasury business. We are the prime co-ordinators for large revenue cash management/treasury deals, delivering with the highest level of professionalism and an exemplary client experience.
Responsibilities:
- You will provide leadership and direction to the team, listening to feedback and resolving any conflict or issues, and in turn, help to improve current operational processes
- You will assist the Head of Implementation, Large Corporate with developing and maintaining an effective organisational structure that meets current and anticipates future business needs
- You will monitor team performance and generate metrics to support ongoing management of the team, support growth initiatives and highlight trend analysis
- You will lead client implementations using a robust approach that provides structure and control, driving consistency and quality and reducing risk for clients.
- You will manage conference calls with clients and internal stakeholders, keeping them up to date with all projects
- You will co-ordinate all elements of relevant KYC and Legal documentation required to facilitate client onboarding
- You will connect with internal teams to manage onboarding; and influencing where necessary to ensure that we meet strict timelines for our clients
- You will complete relevant products & services setups within our systems, and logging all relevant documentation/emails within our central repository
What we are looking for:
- You will have experience managing a small to medium sized team in previous roles
- You will have an ability to understand metrics and manipulate data to track performance, create management reports and identify trends
- You will have prior experience in managing large-scale projects with multiple deliverables and stakeholders
- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to communicate effectively with stakeholders and your team
Skills that will help (optional):
- A broad understanding of cash and treasury management products will be a plus
- Advanced proficiency in excel (Data analysis, data presentation, formula-based analytics) will be an advantage
- Project management qualifications (i.e. PRINCE2, PMP) would help in this role
- Prior experience gained within financial services or investment banking, ideally within a role that had exposure to onboarding clients would be advantageous
