GBS CTI-GBS Tech Risk team is an internal function within GBS CTI -GBS Tech business that works closely with all its functions within the business and strives to build a strong control environment, through various initiatives on pro-active risk management and building Risk Culture.

Job Description:

Responsible for GCGF Intake tool development, management, enabling GCGF Ops access to necessary reporting, and all supporting documentation. Interface with Front Line Units, stakeholders, control partners, use case requesters, Third Party managers, application managers to provide guidance thru the GCGF process

Responsibilities

  • Provide user Training on GCGF Intake System and GCGF Process
  • GCGF Knowledge Center (GCF Intake help) sharepoint ownership and maintenance
  • GCGF Scoping Request sharepoint ownership and maintenance
  • Distribution Group management for automated email notifications
  • GCGF Intake project & process management
  • GCGF Intake system and sharepoint documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures
  • Assist with Audit remediation, as required
  • Partner with teams across technology and the enterprise to complete GCGF use cases
  • Determine and deliver communication/training for partners (i.e., Office Hours, GCGF Inbox)
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Education: B.E. / B. Tech/M.E. /M. Tech/B.Sc./M.Sc./BCA/MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)
  • Certifications, If Any
  • Experience Range: 10-12 years

Foundational Skills:

  • A firm understanding of software development and process improvements
  • 7+ years of driving process improvements
  • 5+ years of automation, specifically hands-on involving process controls and programming
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to perform complex system tests
  • Creative thinking and detail oriented
  • Strong communication skills to support interactions with the development team
  • Experience developing functional requirements specifications for process automation
  • Strong experience in data analytics and process modeling
  • Report building experience including Excel and common BAC business intelligence tools (eSMART/MicroStrategy, Tableau); experience with Alteryx is a plus
  • Advanced SharePoint knowledge including site permission groups, lists, InfoPath and other form types
  • Able to work with little supervision
  • Ability to present and communicate information clearly and effectively
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and professionally across the Enterprise, building relationships
  • MS Excel, PowerPoint

Desired Skills

  • Knowledge of NIST, Cloud related frameworks and regulations and related BofA policies and standards. 
  • Understanding of Cloud architectures and models (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS)
  • Certification in CISA, CISM, CRISC CISSP or other risk/security certifications helpful

Work Timings: 10:30 a.m. to 07:30 p.m.
