Supervisory Analyst (SA) Job Description

  • Provide thorough review of all research reports and other research products ensuring compliance with internal policy and regulatory requirements, liaising with research compliance and research legal as needed
  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism and a service ethos
  • Help troubleshoot queries from research analysts, research management, and others regarding research workflow
  • Responsible for testing new product / enhancement rollouts and working on projects
  • Participate in recommendation and product review committees
  • Based in Sydney, Tokyo, Hong Kong, or Singapore

Skills / licenses required

  • FINRA Series 16 registration and experience as a Supervisory Analyst required
  • Other registrations encouraged (Series 4, 24, 53)
  • Strong financial services background in all asset classes
  • CFA charter holder preferred
  • Reading/writing proficiency in Japanese would be considered highly advantageous for the role
  • Possess and exhibit strong analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be service oriented, flexible, and willing to adapt to ever-changing demands of the business
  • Detail oriented
  • Minimum three- to five-year experience working at a global financial firm
