Trade Finance Services Specialist

  • Ensures accurate and timely processing of Trade Finance transactions 

  • Interacts with relationship administrators to ensure efficient, high quality processing

  • Assist the client service specialists to provide them with information needed to research issues and perform specialized

  • Duties include process specialized Trade Finance transactions such as Letters of Credit, Collections, Stand-by, Guarantee in its different stages (issuance, amendment, negotiation, etc.)

  • Must be detail oriented and be able to read and understand Trade documents

  • Interaction with internal Teams

  • Focused on team successes 


  • Bachelor’s in economics, Finance, Accounting or equivalent degree

  • Contribute to risk culture by holding self-accountable to managing risk

  • Excellent oral and written communication (English-Spanish)

  • Demonstrated compliance culture 

  • Drive adoption of operational processes

  • Ability to work in group

  • Remains positive and focused during times of pressure or adversity 

  • Knowledge of MS Office and Excel Macros
