Job Description:

Routines Management

  • Oversee governance in the NFRR program and ensure global alignment
  • Drive routines with stakeholders, report preparers and report owners through monthly forums
  • Ensuring timely cascading of information and reporting of issues to impacted stakeholders

Data Management

  • Develop and implement data collection and management strategies to ensure accurate and reliable metrics reporting process
  • Establish data governance practices and controls to maintain data integrity, consistency, and completeness
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data sources, define data requirements, and ensure data availability for reporting purposes

Inventory Management

  • Work with report preparers, NTCO and NFRR center to ensure modifications to inventory are completed timely and accurately
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data sources, define data requirements, and ensure data availability for reporting purposes

Metrics Analysis

  • Utilize analytical tools and techniques to analyze the metrics and data and derive meaningful insights
  • Identify trends and patterns in the data to support decision making and risk assessment processes
  • Prepare comprehensive dashboards, presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate closely with cross functional teams including NFRR centre, NTCO, report preparers, Technology to ensure alignment on data requirements and reporting processes
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, providing guidance and support on NFRR matters.

Continuous Improvement

  • Continuously evaluate the metrics reporting process and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency enhancements and risk mitigation
  • Lead or participate in initiatives to streamline data collection, analysis and reporting processes
  • Implement data visualization techniques to enhance the presentation and accessibility of metrics information

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset to identify data issues and propose effective solutions
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Management reporting skills and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint reports to communicate progress against targets
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Control focused mindset and good understanding of regulatory and reputational risks
  • Strong thought leadership, independent and logical thinker with highly developed problem-solving skillls
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic team environment
  • Good written and oral English
