Reporting Data & Analytics Specialist II

Job Description:

This individual contributor role is part of the Data Quality Testing and Data Capabilities team within Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT). This role will support the identification of the appropriate data sources on the journey to building out a robust, long-term sustainable Transaction Testing program.

This role will partner with various stakeholders, including EIT teammates in Sample & Test Development and Test Execution as well as external EIT stakeholders such as Data Steward Executives, Operations contacts, and Application Owners. Primary responsibilities include organizing and facilitating discussions with key business partners; tracking the identification and receipt of the appropriate source documents/artifacts to be used for testing; providing status updates during team meetings with peers and team leads; and ensuring source documents/artifacts are fit for testing.

Required/Desired:

  • 3-5 yrs. minimum experience in data, compliance, risk, audit and/or testing
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders in a clear, concise and influential way 
  • Strong independent problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong data quality mindset
  • Ability to work in a team environment 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, show drive and take initiative 
  • Ability to facilitate discussions and reach consensus
