Delivery Lead, Core Technology Infrastructure

Job Description:

The Delivery Lead is responsible for governing and analysis of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as Vulnerability Management, End of Life planning, and Problem Management. Key responsibilities include communicating the work objectives, understanding results of current delivery plans, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost. They facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery.

Required Skills:

  • Understanding of the bank’s server health processes, including management of vulnerabilities and End of Life coordination.

  • Ability to provide thoughtful and actionable analysis to trending and risk data

  • Strong communication skills to drive partnership and execution across multiple stakeholders. Influence stakeholders with risk-driven analysis

Desired Skills:

  • Deep understanding of Application Management role in managing application stability

  • Deep understanding of Infrastructure support and role in managing server stability

  • Tableau reporting experience

  • Program / Project management experience

Technology Infrastructure Organization:

  • Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutions

  • Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward
