Program Manger – Lean Portfolio Management

The Program Manager will work with executives and stakeholders across Global Banking, including business, technology, and operations leaders, to help design, build, and realize large scale transformational change through the implementation of Lean Portfolio Management.  The incumbent will leverage deep expertise to consult on agile practices and processes, including UI/UX, while influencing enterprise procedures and playbooks.  This individual must have the ability to understand complex problems and negotiate practical and scalable working solutions across organizational boundaries.

As an individual contributor, this leader will coach across all levels in the organization towards a common goal of maturing the overall agile framework and methodology in a consistent and scalable manner.  The candidate's primary focus will be facilitating and organizing the overall delivery of the Agile LPM methodology and supporting platform, including architectural lead responsibilities such as process and platform design, UI/UX design, as well as organization onboarding, demos and training of end user groups including senior product management leadership.

A candidate who is driven, innovative, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and has passion for delivering high-quality product offerings on ambitious timelines directly to end users will thrive in this role.

  • Ability to lead execution planning sessions with Technology, Operations, and Business
  • A good knowledge of the techniques for planning, monitoring, and controlling portfolios and programs
  • Advanced working knowledge of the Atlassian products and tools, including JIRA, JQL, and Wiki
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholder groups simultaneously
  • Strong background in rationalization and sequencing of cross organizational portfolios and programs
