Responsible for the day-to-day resolution of complex problems and the execution of complex transactions for a single site/business unit or smaller business unit(s), including research. Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex products, systems and services in an operations environment. May manage projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives of an operations nature. Should function as the technical expert in their assigned area. Major accountabilities are based on individual expertise and capabilities. Should have in-depth understanding of the business unit's operations processes and implications on other groups within the operations function and other divisions within the company. Knowledge acquired through increasingly responsible operations analysis work. Clearly recognized as a content expert by peers. Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred. Individual typically has 3-5 years of experience.

The role within North America Fulfillment Operations will be responsible for engaging with business partners to define and oversee production routines, assist in build out of the Command Center concept and to analyzing, implementing, and updating processes by utilizing sound process improvement models and techniques. Manages design or redesign of processes or projects using six sigma methodologies with core goal of increasing visibility into production metrics and business health. Integrates best practices with process design to ensure continuous process improvement. Builds action plans and drives execution. Applies business redesign concepts and processes.

Required skills:

Demonstrated ability to understand operational processes and performance improvements

Proven ability to both think strategically end-to-end and execute tactically

Experience in Change Management/ Project Management/ Product Development /Business Intelligence/ Business Analyst/ Technology

Experienced in production Management

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to drive quality goals while meeting aggressive delivery deadlines

Ability to decompose complex issues and drive timely decisions, knowing when to engage others and when to act independently

Ability to think broadly and solve macro and micro level problems

Excellent communication and influence skills across multiple levels / diverse audiences, proven ability to influence without formal authority

Must be collaborative/ curious/ driven/ continuous learner
