Your background

  • Managing Cash Management process and its products – cheque clearing, cash processing, corresponded bank processing and vendor operations
  • Essential: Graduate or Post Graduate with > 4 years’ experience.
  • Similar experience in handling of cash management products as well managing partner bank / vendor operations with a private/foreign bank.
  • Working experience in central unit processing managing end to end products and processes
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage volumes and multi-tasking with accuracy against stiff deadlines
  • Team Management
  • Excellent Customer Service and Inter-personal skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Good knowledge of GL systems and other stand-alone systems being used in the Bank.
  • Good Customer Service and Inter-personal skills.
  • Good vendor management skills
  • Good computing and accounting skills.
  • Quality conscious and having flair for constant process improvement.
  • Ability to manage volumes with accuracy.
  • Ability to cope up with pressure during rush hours.

What you will do

  • Responsible for efficient handling of the Cash Management Process for the branch.
  • Effectively resolve customer queries/complaints on a regular basis.
  • Provide appropriate assistance to Team Lead for day-to-day business
  • Support GTS Sales Officers in growing and generating business.
  • Maintain strong internal control, compliance and regulatory reporting standards.
  • Processing of daily and periodic standing requests.
  • Direct interaction with clients for resolution of queries and follow-up on documentary exceptions.
  • Regular Interaction with internal and external clients / vendors for job related activities.
  • Contributing towards department efforts in the areas of constant process improvement, improving productivity rates.
