Job Title: EMEA Client/Onboarding Fulfilment

Corporate Title: Assistant Vice President   

Location: Chester

Role Description:

  • End to end co-ordination of the onboarding process for a suite of cases
  • Management of cases to set dates and go-lives, ensuring all aspects of the case is managed internally and externally to standards
  • Ensuring full compliance within framework and LRR for each onboard
  • Prioritisation and case management across extensive and fluid supply-chain
  • Accountable to deliver to cycle time / go-live dates as set by clients/business
  • Leveraging internal workflow tools and dashboards for case management

The Team:

Client facing onboarding manager within Global Markets for EMEA Real Estate Finance & Mortgages. End to end onboarding process management for client(s) and business partners, ensuring BofA delivers a compliant, on-time and to-quality onboard while managing the client experience. Co-ordination internally and externally to project manage a suite of onboards.

Core Skills:

Knowledge of Global Markets Products and their attributes
Global Markets industry knowledge, in particular the vendors that support Markets for Operational functions and are part of our supply chain
Awareness and knowledge of KYC (this role is not a KYC SME, but some knowledge is helpful)
Client Servicing: Ability to manage clients, client management/ relationship management
