Job Description:

 Primary focus is on high complexity case resolution to include large dollar and aged risk cases.

  • Complete research within established SLA, productivity and quality guidelines. 
  •  Notify Team Lead or Team Manager of any missed SLA’s and report all system or processing issues and provide appropriate follow-up
  •  Demonstrate a good working knowledge of all processes and the ability to identify and escalate process improvement opportunities.
  •  Proactively identify risk and escalate to Manager.  
  • Provide support and training to other Analysts within the department.
  • Have thorough knowledge of Research & Adjustments functions and handling more complex cases, escalations and requires more problem resolution skills. Leadership knowledge  

  • Desired:
    • Strong MS Office suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Strong written & verbal communication skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy 
    • Effective organizational and time management skills
    • Easily adapt to change
    • Strong Analytical skills
    • 2 years Financial Center experience
