System/Data Security Analyst - Cyber Security Operations

The Cyber Security Operations (CSO) function within Global Information Security is responsible for all aspects of threat intelligence and monitoring, application and network security, and insider threat. In addition, the CSO team drives out the enterprise-wide cyber exercise program.

As a System/Data Security Analyst, you would be an individual contributor responsible for providing operational and procedural support to provision and maintain Access for employees across the Enterprise, including Windows, Midrange, and Mainframe platforms. A risk-oriented perspective is required, along with the ability to support BAU processes and maintenance of Enterprise Access platforms. You will be using your analytical mindset and teamwork skills to support and improve the Access Service experience. You will utilize your technical and business knowledge to support secure, risk-based practices, exercising judgment within broadly defined practices and policies.

Required Skills:

  • 1-3 years of previous experience in Information Technology / Information Security / Identity and Access Management
  • Ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues whenever possible in way that minimizes negative impact and risk to the organization
  • Quick learner and self-starter eager to learn new methodologies and technologies
  • Communicates effectively and confidently with others and collaborates productively
  • Ability to work independently on initiatives with little oversight
  • Microsoft Office Proficient (Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Etc.)

Desired Skills:
Access administration knowledge in Windows, and/or Midrange and Mainframe Platforms with emphasis on security and access controls
CompTIA Security+ certification or similar
Experience or relevant course work with various languages such as Python, PowerShell, JAVA, VBA, Angular, SQL/Toad, etc
Strong reporting and documentation skills including experience in Microsoft Visio
Data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Python, Visio, etc
