Retail Transformation Strategy & Integration Lead

Job Description:

The Retail Transformation Strategy & Business Integration lead will help align the strategy across Retail Transformation, Planning & Enablement with a goal of simplification and business transformation. The Retail Transformation, Planning & Enablement manages and governs the overall Retail Banking portfolio and identifies operational excellence and transformative enhancements to deliver a better client and associate experience. The Retail Transformation integration role be a core leader to integrate ideas and strategies across Retail Banking and will interface with senior leadership to frame critical problems, share conclusions, shape and socialize solution ideas. Strong collaboration and partnership with peers will be critical to the role.
 
Demonstrate a combination of transformation acumen and project implementation. Brings a strong focus on driving business efficiency, improving client experience and enabling new innovative capabilities. Has strong analytical skills and deep critical thinking. 

Required Skills:

  • Proven ability to adopt a broad perspective and link business strategies to specific initiatives
  • Use and analysis of data and fact-based decision making
  • Experience working in a large matrix organization and ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in driving initiatives and effectively building consensus
  • Highly effective written and verbal communicator
  • Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Executive Presentation
  • Ability to work with all levels of management and to work in cross functional teams
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to build business cases

Desired Skills:

  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills
  • Product and/or change management experience
  • Financial acumen with the ability to build business cases

Enterprise Role Overview:

Acts as an objective advisor to LOB heads across a broad set of COO functions. Drives execution of key strategic initiatives. Leads reporting and analytical efforts to deepen understanding of business economics, client attrition, client profitability, etc. Leads analyses to screen potential acquisition targets and manages business development process. Executes business/strategic planning process across sub-lines of business including management of strategic reviews by senior leadership. Leads the design, development, execution and continuous improvement of LOB reporting and dashboards.
