Product Manager

Job Description:

Small Business Lending is a complex business with tremendous growth opportunities. This critical role will support the successful implementation of the team's strategic initiatives designed to increase our market share, improve the client experience, optimize operational efficiencies, and retain our position as one of the top small business lenders in the nation.

Product Manager Additional Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with product and strategy managers on development of universal change assessments and control plans to mitigate risk and optimize performance

  • Develop and manage critical change-management tools and routines to support initiative prioritization and increase speed-to-market to maximize strategy impact and team effectiveness

  • Accountable for helping achieve aggressive implementation timelines and leading post-install quality testing to support flawless execution standards

  • Support strategy impact analyses and monitoring to validate change impact and performance relative to business case expectations

  • Ensure consistency and efficiency in execution across the small business loan product continuum by being a change management SME regarding UCRA policies, change governance processes, and resourcing coordination


Required Skills

  • 5+ years of small business lending, project, or change management experience

  • Strong problem solving skills to identify and solve change management needs through structured tactics

  • Proven ability to work in an ever-changing environment  

  • Proven partnership, organizational, and leadership skills to work in a team-based environment to identify and develop applicable tools and processes

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills that influences with impact across at all levels of management

  • Very detailed oriented with standard of excellence in quality and accuracy

  • Ability to handle and lead multiple priorities with very acute attention to detail

  • Results-oriented with proven track record of establishing accountability
