Your background

  • At least 8 years’ working experience in area of Client Services in the bank concentrating on delivery of treasury and cash management solutions for corporate, financial institution and non-bank financial institution client.
  • Experience in working in Asia/Global environment with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possessing a passion and urgency to serve our clients and operate as a client advocate.
  • Managing multiple requests simultaneously that contain a variety of complexity and resolution periods.
  • Track record gained through operational experience within the payment, treasury, or trade environment.
  • Good commend of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Written simplified Chinese is a-plus.
  • A good understanding of in-country banking system, account and liquidity structures as well as payment delivery systems.
  • Good application software skills: Words, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent rapport with client contacts at all levels and with internal partners at all levels.
  • A proactive learner and self-starter seeking continuous improvement in all job-related aspects.
  • Innovative and open minded, maintaining a professional & positive attitude at all times.
  • Able to work under pressure & challenges.

As a Treasury Service Advisor, you will help to service, advise, support and manage portfolio of Global Treasury Services corporate/FI/NBFI clients by providing professional, courteous and high-quality customer service in all aspects of domestic, international and cash management services. This role offers a high level of visibility as you’ll work in conjunction with various internal teams to provide seamless delivery to, and to build relationships with a variety of client stakeholders.

What you will do

  • Act as primary point for clients. Manage, log and investigate day to day servicing enquiries, complaints and escalation of all assigned cases as appropriate. Perform root cause analysis of defects for resolution.
  • Accountable for delivering Client Service excellence effectively managing any risks and issues.
  • Liaise with local/regional operations at all levels for timely and accurate resolution of queries and cross-selling the Bank’s products and services to sales/referrals.
  • Provide sales support to ensure delivery of Quality & Proactive Services to clients.
    • Meet clients with Sales for business needs
    • Assist Sales to solicit additional business
    • Work with Sales on RFP in Pre-implementation stage
  • Provide value-added proactive servicing activities, aiming to strengthen client relationships.
  • Conduct periodic service review and scorecard review with clients, to analyze client activities and offer practical guidance and advice for payment and account efficiency. 
  • Ensure full compliance of all applicable laws, regulations, credit, OFAC, FATCA, KYC, AML policies and exercise appropriate delegated authority.
  • Preform all duties as assigned by the Client Services Manager.
