Responsibilities / Additional Information:
Apply experience, industry standards and knowledge of treasury management products, corporate formation documents, and Bank of America policies to address related credit, risk, compliance, legal, operational, and business issues with our clients in the United States and Latin America. The broader contract management team supports all GTS business which includes trade services, card products, and deposit account control agreements.
Facilitate communications among sales, implementation, product, operations, compliance, risk, credit officers, legal staff, and client managers to promptly resolve documentation issues.
Effectively apply analytical, verbal and written communication skills to represent the Bank in negotiations and communications with clients, stakeholders and internal/external counsel at all levels of management.
Demonstrate organizational and prioritization skill with a large number of competing, complex documentation assignments to meet customer needs.
Advise and educate internal associates about documentation standards and options, policies and procedures.

Undergraduate/Graduate degree required with Juris Doctor or paralegal/technical contract training preferred
Broad knowledge of and comfort working with complex legal documentation (contracts)

Negotiation skills - conducts negotiations effectively, balancing competing objectives to achieve optimal results

Ability to maintain objectivity in balancing bank risk with client needs and satisfaction
Desired Skills:
Experience in Global Corporate & Investment Banking, preferably in a client contact role
Knowledge of various companies legal structures (sole proprietorships, partnerships, limited partnerships, LLCs, corporations, trusts, etc.)
Knowledge of transaction banking products
