Digital Banking Marketing Program Manager II

Job Description:

The Digital Marketing team has an open team lead role supporting Digital Banking. The role is accountable for developing the Digital Banking digital marketing strategy and leading the execution of digital marketing programs.  

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead the Digital Banking digital marketing strategy; leverage new capabilities to improve the effectiveness of our marketing programs 
• Lead the Digital Banking digital annual planning process, working with segment marketing partners to develop priorities, set budget, and determine goals 
• Evaluate new channel opportunities; bring opportunities to drive enrollment and engagement to segment marketing partners 
• Communicate strategy and marketing plans to senior leadership through business reviews and other leadership presentations 
• Manage digital budgets, working with finance partners to ensure accurate forecasts and timely payment of invoices 
• Lead digital marketing campaigns to drive online traffic, consideration, and acquisition 
• Leverage online channels, including mobile and desktop paid search, social, email, ATM, and placements on Bankofamerica.com and the Bank of America mobile app. 
• Integrate closely with segment marketing to develop digital strategies and provide input on overall marketing strategy 
• Partner with teams inside and outside the organization, including product marketing, product, eChannels, media, and agencies, to ensure integration and innovation 
• Develop test and learn opportunities to improve performance 
• Regularly review and understand campaign performance in order to optimize and make strategic decisions
   

Required Skills:

• BS/BA or equivalent experience 
• 7+ years of marketing campaign management experience 
• Self-motivated, positive leader with proven ability to manage aggressive deadlines, complex approval processes, and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment 
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills; strong relationship management skills 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; Proficient in MS Office Product Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
