Job Description:

Your background

• 10+ years relevant experience preferably in Equity Swaps space.
• Has preferably worked on Equity swaps life cycle with Strong business acumen and process knowledge in Delta one and equity technology/trading lifecycle
• Project and stakeholder management Skills – Able to work closely with stakeholders (business, compliance, operations, and technology partners at all levels) to define business objective, document requirements, track risks & issues and manage communications on project updates.
• Excellent communication skills - Able to clearly describe and explain complex problem with various stakeholders, including tech partners, trading desk users or compliance team.
• Excellent analytical skills - Able to understand complex problems and analyze it by breaking down into simpler problems.
• Good team player – be able to solve complex problem by working as a group and be able to mentor junior developers.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risks in the APAC region is a plus
• High energy and self-motivated, ability to multi-task and work independency and adapt quickly to changes in priorities
• Tools: Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, MS projects, confluence, Jira

What you can expect

The Equity Swaps Technology team primarily serves the Equities Synthetics and Securities Lending (ESSL) line of business across APAC, EMEA and AMRS. To support the growth of Swaps business in different regions, the team is currently in the process of building new applications to support Complete Swaps life cycle processes including Trade processing, Cash Flows, Matching, Corporate Actions handling.

We have secured multi-year funding to work on Strategic business driven initiatives. In this challenging role you will be responsible for delivering on several high-profile key initiatives that will prove to be extremely lucrative for our business by closely working with the global Technology team. What you will do

• You will get an opportunity to work on Key strategic business driven initiatives that will have a direct impact on Revenue generation, Revenue Protection and Operational excellence.
• You will work on initiatives and enhancements that span across Core Swaps life cycle functions.
• You will be a core member of the global team and will be responsible for the entire delivery pipeline – from gathering requirements, writing tests, and working with the tech partners and users to roll out the deliverable.
• You will also be expected to develop relationships across the regional and global technology partners and user communities.
