Integrated Payments Marketing Program Lead

Job Description:

Manages multiple related and interdependent projects and technology change initiatives specific to corporate change initiatives that have significant impact on how the company does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Project responsibility requires responsibility for staff and budget. Communicates, influences and negotiates both vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resources. Ability to analyze present-state, developing alternative future-state approaches and facilitating implementation. Creates a clear, coherent approach to guide effective program/initiative setup, execution, and control. Ensures clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities for key program/project roles. Demonstrates knowledge of end-to-end business process into program planning and deciding processes. Develop, maintain, and report on an overall integrated delivery plan. Management experience with small teams. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes. May or may not manage employees. Typically 3+ plus years of project management support experience.

It is responsible for the research, identification, setup, onboarding and day-to-day management of various business partners and solution providers. As Program Manager, you will be responsible for programs/projects specific to Integrated Payments’ initiatives that have significant impact on how the company does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function.  The Program Manager serves as primary contact to senior department managers for critical change initiatives.  The role is responsible for communicating, influencing and negotiating both vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resources.  This is a cross-functional role supporting Bank of America’s Small Business, Business Banking, Corporate and Commercial banking client bases. 

Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Ensure collateral readiness for partner launches, developing program and content, including presentation slides, fact sheets, one pagers, and other assets
  • In coordination with Sales Support, develop material that educates and informs Product, Sales, Relationship Management and Service teams
  • Create, revise & develop an evergreen repository of branded material utilized by partners, including websites, articles, client facing sales toolkits and RFP materials.
  • Liaise with Business Development, Compliance, Relationship Management, Launch Management, Solutions Engineering and other internal teams such as Product, Platform, Operations and Sales to achieve results leveraging sound business judgment and tailored approaches to drive optimal business outcomes
  • Coordinate and conduct meetings with internal and/or external stakeholders to successfully complete all tasks and assignments in a timely manner
  • Examine and help solve complex business problems while managing multiple priorities and strategies simultaneously
  • Manage, track and report on assigned work covering status, next steps, risks, issues and timelines for completion showing progress made including highlights of major milestone accomplishments
  • Leverage experiences past and present to identify opportunities to enhance and improve processes and outputs for ongoing improved efficiency and effectiveness

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial services or related industry marketing
  • Solid understanding of various core terms and concepts such as Independent Software Vendors(ISVs), Independent Sales Organizations(ISOs), and Payment Facilitators
  • Demonstrated success in managing and being responsible for multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and responsive with an ability to learn and adapt quickly, think and communicate strategically and proactively
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, highly collaborative, with abilities to motivate teams, set and manage expectations internally and externally
  •     Ability to build and maintain relationships working closely with teams of other organizations and across the bank’s enterprise and lines of business
  • •                Exceptional organizational skills with an appreciation for detail and accuracy without sacrificing speed or quality
  • •                Proficiency with SharePoint, Salesforce, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project

Colorado pay and benefits information

Colorado pay range:

$85,000 - $126,600 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible
