Sr. Digital Director Data Digital & Global Marketing (Sr. Product Lead)

Job Description:

This position is within the Digital Design and Delivery organization, and is focused on Global Banking Portfolio (Small Business, BB, GCB and GCIB) within the Core Banking Product Management team. The role's primary responsibility is building and maintaining digital capabilities that enable our clients to service their accounts.  

The Sr. Digital Director will typically be responsible for driving project initiatives/ green changes throughout the year.  In addition to Digital experience the ideal candidate will have Digital Product Management, Business Analyst, Project Management and Relationship Management skills.

Specific responsibilities include: 

  • A leader directly or indirectly managing the work of multiple associates 
  • Significant contributor to strategy development 
  • Responsible for a portfolio of medium to large digital programs, products or processes 
  • Accountable to senior stakeholders across enterprise. Actively interacts across multiple business partners to aide in determining key priorities and project direction for area of responsibility 
  • strong functional and business knowledge. SME and process expert for new processes within the Global Banking portfolio 
  • Partners across the digital organization to understand demand for products, services and related requirements 
  • Owns project delivery, working in close partnership with stakeholders including the Global Banking LOBs, Chief Experience Officer (CXO) organization, Digital Experience Design (XD), Technology, Legal, Risk, and Compliance 
  • Conducts research and regular monitoring to identify experience gaps and improvement opportunities to share with LOB/CXO partners as potential backlog items for the digital roadmap 
  • Performs monthly complaint reviews, page content monitoring, quarterly SPI/POP workbook attestations, review page-level feedback
  • Regularly evaluating processes, to insure our digital experience is working properly and delivering the right customer experience.
     

Required Skills:

  • Proven effectiveness in fast-paced, demanding, client-driven environment  
  • Ideal candidate will possess both a strategic thinking expertise as well as an ability to plan and execute tactical actions to implement strategic objectives 
  • Experience with delivering both strategic and tactical changes/ projects, ideally in digital 
  • String relationship management skills and ability to work across all ranks of our organization to drive consensus, with a primary focus on doing the right thing for the customer
  • Excellent communication and writing skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management within the organization      
     

Desired Skills:
