Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of Portfolio Economics, Analytics & Reporting team within Enterprise Risk & Finance Technology Business Management, Risk & Control and Governance Team. The primary goal of this team is to provide high quality analytics around Portfolio Management & Workforce Strategy and provide financial decision support analysis across Risk and Finance Technology.
Responsibilities:
Manage and drive production of consistent and actionable reporting & value added analytics for Risk and Finance Technology Executive routines with peers, senior leaders and business partners (business reviews, operational variance reporting, and technology initiative reporting, regulatory reporting). Streamline, Consolidate and Automate various reporting across Risk and Finance Tech (Initiative, Workforce, Operations Reviews)
Drive consensus between ERFT Tech Execs, ERFT COO and Finance teams to ensure alignment of objectives, transparency of both base and initiative spend against budget/forecast
Partner with Business Support Managers (BSMs)/Tech Program Managers to gather & synthesize data and analyze Portfolio Financial Performance & produce Forward Looking analysis and dashboards.
Partner with HR to create a holistic resource analytics – attrition analysis & resource modeling.
Lead vendor analytics work for ERFT – create a standard approach across Finance Tech and Risk Tech for planning, forecasting vendor spend by integrating GL, CAFA, Vendor files and Contract database into one consistent process.
Required Skills:
10 + years in Finance, Workforce Management or Data Analytics role
Strong presentation skills: ability to present key messages, recommendations and information in a clear, concise and insightful way
Comfortable taking initiative and being resourceful/entrepreneurial
Excellent attention to detail
Must be analytical, organized and have the ability to manage competing priorities
Ability to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment and effectively multi-task
Ability to operate independently
Strong interpersonal skills, focus on relationship vs. transaction
Strong Financial Acumen
Advance Skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Desired Skills:
Working Knowledge of general bank policies, programs, and procedures
Working knowledge of RAFT, PCM & Jira
Tableau, Alteryx and other automation tools/skills
