Administrative Assistant - MWM

The Administrative Assistant – MWM is a key support partner to a team of financial advisors with primary responsibilities of assisting with all administrative functions related to client service including answering client calls and routing to appropriate team members, receiving clients when they enter the office, and coordinating logistics for events and meetings (for both clients and internal team). Performs administrative duties which include managing travel and expenses for team members, ordering office supplies and materials, taking notes during important meetings, and creating documents for internal team and client use. Performs other miscellaneous administrative tasks; e.g. logistics of an office move. May manage a number of different and often competing priorities, projects, or activities at one time. Communicates with team members to gather or convey relevant information. May be involved in high-level client contact and exposure to sensitive information, and must use considerable tact, diplomacy and judgment.

Clients include entrepreneurs, Fortune 500 executives, media personalities, non-profit organizations, and owners of private corporations; accounts range in size from $10 million to over $1 billion.

Required Skills

Minimum of 3+ years professional or relevant internship experience required
Strong client service & technical skills (MS Word & Excel)
Strong communication, time management and organizational skills are required


Desired Skills
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred
Prior knowledge of financial products, policies & procedures is highly preferred

3+ year(s) of experience supporting a senior level manager within the financial services field or relevant internship experience
Knowledge of wealth management tools preferred
