Sr. Product Manager: Transact Go to Market

Atlanta, Georgia;

Job Description:

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Responsible for new account acquisition client selection and offer strategies for Global Banking and Markets (GBAM) segment within Merchant Services.  Responsibilities will include:
  • Accountable for setting strategic direction and optimizing the balance between risk/reward for client selection and offer strategies across all channels
  • Monitor changes in competitive landscape; develop targeting and offer test plans to measure consumer sensitivity, financial performance, and growth opportunity
  • Create and maintain a high level of partnership with leaders in Finance, Risk, Modeling, Analytics, Testing, Marketing, Legal, Compliance and Channel to deliver on stated business objectives

Specific to Role:

  • Lead the product strategy and execution of value added services and functionality with a focus on transaction processing for large corporate clients
  • Lead innovation on next generation of transaction processing innovation like Alternate Payment Methods and new Domestic and International networks gaining traction (i.e. China Union Pay)
  • Develop value proposition and commercialization of transaction processing capabilities related to mobile wallets, alternate payment methods, payment networks like funding and settlement windows, network priority and enhancements of new capabilities
  • Execute on strategy and partner with bank stakeholders like business engineering, tech and operation on new product launches and enhancements 

Open to other locations in the franchise.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years in financial services
  • 5+ years in card portfolio management strategy experience
  • Customer centric with ability to balance customer needs and business financials
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills - including P&L management and business case development
  • Proven record of innovation and implementation through strong teamwork
  • Communicates and influences with impact; Demonstrates high level of verbal and written communication skills
  • High aptitude of assessing financial performance and interpreting analytics; intellectually curious
  • Demonstrated knowledge of MS office (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in the payment industry leading innovation and products with a focus payment transaction  
  • Understanding of current acquiring product sets in the market and challenges experienced by large corporate clients
  • Ideal candidate has prior experience working at another acquirer or FinTech (i.e. Stripe, Square, Adyen) leading Transaction related capabilities
  • Role is client facing and candidate will partner with sales to illustrate our product roadmap and long term strategy.

Colorado pay and benefits information

Colorado pay range:

$102,000 - $173,400 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
