Preferred Prospect Acquisition & Market Growth Executive

Job Description:

Consumer Chief Experience Office team within Data, Digital and Global Marketing organization

The Preferred Prospect Acquisition & Market Growth Lead reports to the Preferred Segment leader within the Consumer CXO organization. In this role, you will partner with key stakeholders in the Consumer line of business to enable new-to-bank client acquisition through insights-driven digital and marketing engagement.

You will be responsible for developing and optimizing end-to-end digital and marketing strategies and leading prospect audience engagement. You will be supported by horizontal teams (e.g. personalization enablement, digital, social & rewards, analytics) that inform your strategy and execute to drive defined business outcomes. 

You will also collaborate with the Consumer line of business to advance the local market growth strategy, identify and prioritize highest impact opportunities to accelerate business growth, and drive digital and marketing engagement to capture the opportunity. 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Work with line of business and analytics to understand Preferred new-to-bank acquisition opportunity 
  • Own and lead insights-driven digital and marketing strategy and engagement to capture the opportunity and drive business growth. 
  • Work with measurement team to establish how we measure and evaluate our return on investment. Responsible for the results of the strategy and activation plan. 
  • Collaborate with the Retail new-to-bank acquisition team to identify and capitalize on synergies to optimize business growth for Consumer line of business in aggregate 
  • Collaborate with Enterprise CXO team to identify and capitalize on synergies to optimize business growth for the company in aggregate
     

Required Skills:

  • Must have direct-to-client and/or digital engagement knowledge and experience - developing strategy and planning, developing, implementing, campaigns and programs. 
  • Must understand Consumer Financial Services - including knowledge of products, financials, regulatory impacts, revenue drivers, competition, and differentiators in the market. 
  • Must be able to thrive in a matrixed organization. Ability to efficiently breakdown complex problems and provide/implement actionable solutions. Influence others to be engaged in planning and supporting program plans. 
  • Capacity to maintain a sharp focus on details, while maintaining a measured "big picture" view of broader objectives 
  • Experience with defining a strategy and seeing it through, with only high-level direction at times   
  • Collaborative and enjoys working with and presenting to peers and Senior Leadership 
  • Highly organized and meticulous; Microsoft Office suite proficiency, especially PowerPoint and Excel 
  • Comfortable working in a high velocity, dynamic environment 
  • Ability to drive and motivate by providing clear vision and communication, leadership, coaching, mentoring, and instruction.

  • Advanced Degree (i.e. MBA, Masters in Finance)
