Job Description:

  • Become part of a team who manages over $750B in balances which drives over $12B in annual net interest income revenue.
  • Compile, analyze and interpret data to make strategic and tactical recommendations
  • Manage Overdraft/Hold Strategies to enhance risk detection and prevention strategies and processes across Retail and Preferred & Small Business
  • Drive analysis, execution and implementation of new strategies
  • Apply quantitative techniques to identify opportunities and make recommendations to mitigate losses and increase revenue/profitability
  • Investigate new, innovative techniques to enhance customer experience and develop analytically-based customer solutions
  • Manage and implement process and procedure changes
  • Design and implement Overdraft/Hold metrics to measure current processes and procedural changes
  • Partner with Technology, Operations, Policy, Finance and other business partners to define and perform analysis that can better detect loss risk
