• Business Support Lead II - Wealth Management Banking Onboarding & Maintenance (WMBOM)

Job Description:

A successful candidate will be primarily responsible for implementation and facilitation of learning solutions (training, communication, coaching) for WMBOM Jacksonville, FL and Chandler, AZ sites.


Core responsibilities Include:

  • Facilitate new hire training to WMBOM agents, conduct agent readiness training for new initiatives, and deliver refresher training on identified agent development needs.
  • Partner virtually to maintain and develop new training curriculum, guides and training routines.
  • Work with line of business leadership team to evaluate the success of learning solutions.
  • Partner with other groups in WMBO and different lines of business as needed to identify and remediate learning needs/processes that impact WMBOM

During non-peak times the Training Manager may serve as lead for new projects or initiatives that impact WMBOM. Responds to line management and agent issues related to associate performance improvement. Serves as an on-site associate performance coach through consulting, monitoring and evaluating training results in the work environment, as well as has classroom delivery responsibilities. Individual contributor role.


Required Skills: "MUST" have these skills to be minimally qualified.

  • In depth knowledge of coaching/facilitation skills, business processes and ability to articulate to large groups as well as one-on-one interactions
  • Ability to think creatively to develop and deliver learning materials and employee resources to drive readiness and productivity
  • Quick adapter to new materials and able to train associates on key messaging
  • Detail oriented with good follow up skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple deliverables in a dynamic environment 
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel 
  • Experience and knowledge of banking systems, policies, procedures, and regulations
