GWIM Operations Team Manager

Processes routine/standard transactions according to established procedures and prescribed processes in support of GWIM Operations. Daily responsibilities will cover one or more operations functional areas such as: analyses, report generation, data entry, etc. Provides quality service and effective and efficient operations support for the assigned area's internal business partners and/or external customers and clients. Must provide advice and assist with training for less experienced team members. Individuals at this level are expected to use independence of thought but to solve more complex problems while working effectively with other Operations Team Manager and/or Supervisor. Generally 3 years or more experience is preferred.

Job responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the processing of client instructed asset transfers either in to or out of US Trust custody.

  • Work closely with internal and external partners, including back office and front office contacts

  • Provide white glove customer service, ensuring the client’s instructions are processed in a timely and accurate manner

  • Liaison with internal partners to coordinate the resolution of various client issues relating to the transfer process

  • Provide testing support before and after new technology is released

  • Required skills:
  • Strong organization skills

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills

  • Work independently as well as within a team

  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

  • Strong Microsoft office – focus on Excel

  • Excellent analytical/reconciliation and written/verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated

  • Desired Skills:

  • Asset Transfer or US Trust related Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or industry experience equivalent
