Retail Business Integration Lead - Digital & Marketing

Charlotte, North Carolina;

Job Description:

The Retail Client Experience team is part of the Data, Digital, and Global Marketing organization and is responsible for developing and managing digital and marketing strategies for the retail client segment.  The team is focused on improving the financial lives of our clients by delivering innovative products and services across our digital platforms and enhancing client engagement through personalized marketing.  The Retail Business Integration role will work horizontally across the entire team to integrate ideas, strategies, and coordinate our overall roadmap. The associate will have broad exposure to all aspects of digital and marketing for the Retail line of business and will be instrumental in setting the overall narrative for our long-term strategy.  Strong collaboration with peers will be critical to the success of this position. 

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Establish an innovation framework for the Retail Client Experience team to facilitate the development of transformative solutions that meet busines opportunities
  • Coordinate and consolidate technology and marketing planning for the team assuring our work is prioritized appropriately and adhering to expected processes
  • Create effective measurement tools to gauge the success of the team to achieve overall business goals and objectives
  • Gather data and insights for the development of material and content for executive presentations
  • Summarize results and strategies, providing an overall strategic narrative for the team to be shared with partners and senior leaders
  • Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance, growth, and annual planning across the team
  • Manage and assure timely delivery of senior leader deliverables and action items for the team
  • Support executive leadership questions, facilitating decision-making around critical business issues and opportunities
  • Integrate with counterparts across other segment and business teams within the larger organization
  • Forge strategic partnerships and relationships with partners and teammates within the team, in the organization, and across lines of business

Required Skills:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, where projects often have a high degree of ambiguity
  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage a broad portfolio
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and research skills
  • Be able to identify business opportunities and have foresight into potential solutions
  • Ability to engage across business lines and with all levels of management
  • Strong personal skills to build relationships across the Bank at all levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to succinctly convey information
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in driving strategies and effectively building consensus

  • Financial acumen with the ability to build business cases
  • Digital and/or marketing related experience
