Director - EMEA Advisory Sales

Job Description:

Works independently in the distribution of equity products to assigned account base. Develops new business relationships with select target accounts. Determines which products best meet Client's needs. Develops new approaches to meet Clients' needs and market dynamics. Analyzes different market relationships and current market conditions to increase account/market penetration.

Job Description

• The candidate must have knowledge/experience in analyzing financial instruments including equities, derivatives, futures, swaps and fixed income assets in order to assess a client’s portfolio in order to make financial recommendations in Western European equity markets;
• The candidate must have experience in covering West Coast-based institutional investors (Los Angeles, San Francisco, Denver, and Pacific Northwest areas) and have pre-existing relationships with Portfolio Managers, analysts and traders at buy-side firms which are clients of BofA in the Europe;
• The candidate must be familiarized with rules and regulations governing the US, the UK and other Eurozone equity markets;
• The candidate must be experienced in formulating ideas and in providing investment advice based on global market trends, BofA research, trading patterns, and strategic/corporate access originated by BofA;
• The candidate must have extensive experience in managing institutional accounts, driving connectivity across multiple lines of business (financing, PB, trading, etc);
• The candidate must be experienced in utilizing Bloomberg, Reuters, and comparable CRM platforms;

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management or a related field;
• Relevant work experience: Fifteen (15) years or more of experience in a global institution in the job offered or a related Finance occupation;
