Essential Functions:

Provide user application support and business analysis for internal applications including DealFlo transaction management application, Sugar-CRM, ExpressView® client online portal and others.  Product Owner and Jira ticket management within Agile project methodology.  Perform ExpressView® account set-ups, internal user training and WebEx client training. Provide backup support for Global Leasing SPOC (Security Point of Contact).

  • Application subject matter expertise for DealFlo deal transaction management system and provide backup to Sales Support team for broader DealFlo, Sugar, and other peripheral system support as needed

    • Analyze, interpret, and translate business requirements into functional application requirements

    • User issue triage, resolution, and escalation for broader DealFlo deal transaction management system, SugarCRM, Sugar-Sync, ARM user access request management and other peripheral applications

  • ExpressView® client online portal support:  Set up new ExpressView® client coding in LMS accounting system and create user accounts; provide client user training via WebEx.

  • Periodic data quality and ad-hoc reporting using Toad or other business intelligence tool

  • Participate in application development, project activities

  • Perform systems testing (SIT & UAT)- Functional application testing; compose, maintain, and execute test scripts

  • Compose process documents and maintain user manuals

  • Provide user validation support for periodic weekend code releases

  • As backup for SPOC role, coordinate access for new hires, transfers into JT, return from leave per SPOC calendar and handle high priority requests

Preferred Education:

Bachelor’s degree – accounting, finance, information technology or other business concentration preferred. 

Preferred Prior Work Experience: 

5+ Years related experience preferred.

Preferred/Desired Skills:

  • Strong data management, analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Presentation & training skills

  • MS Office tools with advanced Excel skills

  • Business intelligence/query building (i.e., Toad)

  • Lease Accounting systems / LMS knowledge preferred

  • Project management skills with Visio a plus

  • Technical writing

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills

  • Work well under pressure with time sensitive transactions

  • Ability to prioritize and execute in a fluid environment

  • Exceptional Customer Service handling

  • Professional demeanor/positive disposition

  • Must be able to interact with all user levels and clients
