Private Bank Digital Channel Consultant - National

Job Description

The Digital Channel Consultant works with Private Client Advisors, client support associates, management and Private Bank clients to increase awareness and adoption of all Private Bank digital tools.

The Digital Channel Consultant is responsible for training on proprietary technology platforms by creating impactful interactions that increase awareness, drive adoption and position the technology as a valuable resource to increase satisfaction, capacity and client retention.  The key objective for the role is to optimize the use of varied digital training vehicles across multiple channels with the appropriate frequency to increase digital tool adoption by the Private Bank client base.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the technology product offerings (e.g., Client Relationship Workstation, Client Online & Mobile Platforms, Advisor Mobile and Social Collaboration tools, Salesforce and more…)
  • Interface with Enterprise SMEs to ensure PB is aware of client impact and digital updates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships internally and with the user population 
  • Develop and update training materials, including training scripts, tip sheets, playbooks, and FAQs on new and existing technology platforms
  • Schedule and facilitate training visits at the branch locations or virtually. Create on-demand training sessions as needed. Training sessions can be delivered in classroom format and/or one-to-one sessions.
  • Track and analyze digital adoption metrics and team activities to monitor progress
  • Manage Digital & Technology Resource Central page
  • Participate in client engagement sessions when applicable
  • Deliver virtual training and create on-demand training sessions as needed
  • Provide quantitative and qualitative training metrics (quantitative metrics include date of training session, numbers of users trained, and topics discussed, and progress measurement; qualitative metrics include user questions raised, user questions answered, and user questions unanswered) 
  • Leverage the issue management escalation process according to a pre-established process

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Wealth Management preferred; Private Bank knowledge a plus
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to be client-facing
  • Desire to grow and learn 
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across the management spectrum
  • Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • Travel: 50%
