Feature Lead - Technology

Job Description:

Position Summary

The Feature Lead will support the Global HR Learning Technology area under GHRT. This resource will be responsible for analyzing and driving business solution requirements that drive the business goals to development resources. Looking for strong technology background and foundation to provide insight and direction between technology and our business sponsors. This is a strategic role that will help deliver a better employee experience, while mitigating risks and facilitating rapid innovation to achieve a competitive edge. Grow and mentor talent within the Learning, Leadership and Development technology that is rapidly growing and expanding.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience if worked at BAC
  • Ability to partner with Enterprise Architecture, Line of Business, Global Information Security, and CTO partners to achieve Line of Business technology strategy.
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, teamwork, and influence skills
  • Ability to operate at senior levels in both written and verbal communications interacting professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Strong strategic and business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes.
  • Software engineering, systems integration, and architecture experience.
  • Business acumen; technical expertise and Information Security principles.
  • Proven ability to proactively identify, quantify, and manage technology risk.
  • Highly versed in various SDLC methodologies, including waterfall and agile software development lifecycle.
  • A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field is required.
