Position Summary:

Delivery Lead / Technology Project manager to help drive delivery for the Credit Assistance Tech Portfolio Execution team

The Credit Assistance (CCA) technology team is on a quest to modernize the technology stack that our business uses to help our clients get back on their feet.  People at times find themselves in need of financial assistance and support. Whether it is a life challenge, natural disaster, or time of need, our clients look to Bank of America for compassion and understanding on how they can get through live events while remaining financially healthy. We will support our clients and our teammates by creating an amazing experience for them.

We are investing significantly in technology to simplify the current landscape, automate complex business processes & digitizing our customers experience through innovation and creative problem solving.

This role will focus on the delivery of technology projects for the CA business with the following key responsibilities:

  • Serves as single point of accountability for end to end project execution across people, process, and technology dimensions

  • Owns project forecasting and managing large project budget across multiple service provider teams

  • Leads project work group meetings and owns regular status communications to stakeholders and senior business partners

  • Ensures all project deliverables are managed on time and with high quality

  • Owns all project system of record updates

  • Ensures team adherence to enterprise change standards

  • Escalates and drives resolution of key project risks

  • Applies proactive upfront planning to drive predictable project execution

  • Ensures all project objectives are successfully achieved

Required Skills:

  • Proven track record as an experienced project manager directly managing the delivery of solutions

  • Experience driving end-to-end delivery across large and complex project efforts ensuring all people, process, and technology deliverables are managed on time and with high quality.

  • Ability to manage project budget and financials.

  • Experience providing project updates and leading discussions with senior stakeholders; demonstrates ability to communicate and adjust level of detail and messaging based on audience.

  • Demonstrates strong competence with core project management tools and processes

  • Experience with enterprise change standards.

Desired Skills:

  • Past experience as a project manager At Bank of America with a proven track record of success.

  • Ability to Lead Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid projects.

  • Past experience Working in the Deployment of Collections & Recovery technology solutions.

  • PMP or Scaled Agile certified.
